Cancellation / Refund Policy for FormulaFIVE
If you are a FormulaFIVE customer, you have the right to return the product and receive a full refund for the purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling charges, by submitting timely notice of your intent to return the product for a refund and obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 45 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that you purchased the product from the StomperNet shopping cart.
To submit a refund request within the 45 days from the original purchase date, you must call FormulaFIVE Customer Service at 1-888-647-1505 or 678-890-9561. If eligible, you will receive an RMA# as confirmation that your refund request is approved. Upon issuance of a RMA#, access to the f5.stompernet.com website and any other website access provided as a result of your purchase of the FormulaFIVE product will be terminated immediately. As a condition for receiving a refund, you must first return the FormulaFIVE product, and all materials received to the address that we provide, in undamaged, resalable condition. After RMA # issuance and upon receipt of the returned physical product, the purchase amount, minus shipping & handling charges, will be refunded to you.
If StomperNet offers to allow you to pay the program fee in installments and you elect to pay the program fee on that basis, you agree that you will pay the full program fee and will have no right to cease making installment payments, or cancel or terminate your participation in the program, subject only to a timely cancellation in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy established by StomperNet for the FormulaFIVE program.
Refund requests received after 45 days from the date of the original purchase will not be processed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
